About The Speaker

Patrick Deboys, Head of Recruitment at Cardiff City Football Club, will deliver a 10 minute presentation followed by a Q&A to share an insight into his role at the club. 

With many overlaps between Patrick’s role and the business world, his presentation will include a high-level insight into the club’s recruitment strategy, and share the ins and outs of what goes on behind the scenes during a transfer window.
